In our continuous pursuit of innovation and technological advancement, Sasco is proud to introduce a ground-breaking solution in heavy-duty weighing – the Weigh-in-Motion (WIM) 5000 System. This launch marks a significant milestone in the measurement of mega and giant trucks, setting new standards in precision, durability, and efficiency.
The WIM 5000 system comes in two tailored variants to meet the diverse needs of the mining industry:
- WIM 5000 – 40T: Specifically designed for Mega Trucks with high axle loadings of up to 40 tons.
- WIM 5000 – 120T: Engineered for Giant Trucks, accommodating axle loadings of up to 120 tons.
These systems represent the pinnacle of our developmental journey, building upon the robust foundation laid by the WIM 1000, WIM 2000, WIM 3000, and WIM 4000 systems.
The WIM 5000 system empowers Mega and Giant trucks to be weighed in motion, with speeds of up to 5 km/h. This is achievable within the stringent accuracy tolerances Sasco is known for, facilitated by the innovative Bilanciai DD1015 indicator integrated with Sasco’s proprietary weigh-in-motion algorithms.
