Road Traffic Regulations are now in place across most of Africa requiring trucks to comply with overloading regulations in terms of both total weight and axle weights. Therefore,weighbridges in Africa need to provide both the trucks total weight and the trucks axle weights if they are to meet regulatory requirements.
The most obvious and most expensive choice are multi decks.
