We are excited to announce the further evolution of our Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) series, the WIM 4000 system. Designed to deliver unparalleled accuracy and efficiency, the WIM 4000 is a game-changer in the field of vehicle weighing technology.

Ideal Deployment Scenarios:
The WIM 4000 is perfect for unmanned deployment where the requirements include knowing the total mass and axle loadings of departing or arriving trucks. The system can be deployed in two main configurations:
A. Single Standalone System:
- Self-Weighing Capability: Drivers can self-weigh and receive a weighing ticket showing all truck details and weights, ensuring compliance with laws.
- Integration: Data and images can be integrated with a customer’s ERP system.
- Process Time: The average total process time from scanning the ticket to weighing and receiving the ticket is about 5 minutes.
B. Multiple Site Deployment:
- Central Management: Multiple WIM 4000 systems can be linked to a central management station and server.
- Efficiency: Ideal for facilities with multiple entrance and exit gates, such as ports or large logistics centers.
- Process Time: The total process time is approximately 2 minutes, as the driver simply drives over the WIM system and waits for the ticket to be printed at the DT3500 driver terminal.
