Public Weighing Multi-Deck in Harrismith

Transporters and Freight Forwarders on route from Johannesburg to the port of Durban needed access to reliable and accurate weighing station capable of doing axle weighing and SOLAS weighing. Sasco Pay & Weigh decided to install a fourth system at Africa’s largest truck stop Highway Group in Harrismith. The requirement was for all weighing results and billing to be transmitted to users via the Cloud.

The solution Sasco provided was install a fully digital multi deck weighbridge with automation integrated via Sasco ProWeigh software to the Sasco Cloud, through which Transporters and Freight Forwarders can pre- authorize truck and container weighing’s and receiving back electronically the weighing data.
